2. Services : Aurelia Diamonds provides an online platform for the sale of pre-designed and customised jewelry, including diamonds and mounts. 5. Pricing and Payment : Prices for our products are calculated based on the current market prices for precious metals and diamonds. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the market. The price at the time of purchase or advance payment will apply to your order. Final pricing may vary slightly based on actual product weight, and any difference will be adjusted at the time of the final sale.
6. Order Processing : We make every effort to process orders accurately. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order if there are issues related to insufficient or incorrect details (e.g., delivery address, product information, payment issues). In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
7. Cancellation & Returns : Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, minus payment gateway charges of 1%. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a processing charge of Rs. 1000, in addition to the 1% gateway fee. For customized jewelry, making charges will be forfeited upon cancellation.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded to your bank account.
• Gift Card Orders: The refunded amount will be credited back to the gift card.
