What is Aurelia Diamonds' return policy?

Aurelia Diamonds offers a 15-day money-back policy for all in-stock products (not applicable to custom-made items). To initiate a return, the product must be in unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice and certificate. Once our quality assurance team has approved the return, we will process the refund through an online bank transfer within two weeks.

Are custom-made jewellery items eligible for return?

No, custom-made products are not eligible for the 15-day money-back policy. Since custom jewellery is made specifically for you, these items are final sale.

What is the Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade policy?

You can exchange or upgrade your jewellery at any time in the future. You will receive 100% of the prevailing metal value and 90% of the diamond value, minus any applicable making charges and taxes. This policy ensures that your jewellery can grow with your style and preferences.

Can I sell my jewellery back to Aurelia Diamonds?

Yes, you can sell your jewellery back to us. We offer 100% of the metal value at the prevailing market rate and 80% of the diamond value. Any discounts received during the original purchase will be deducted from the buyback amount.

Do you offer maintenance services for jewellery?

Yes, we offer a complimentary Yearly Maintenance service that includes cleaning and inspection of your Aurelia Diamonds jewellery. Please note that if any third-party jeweller has worked on your piece, this service will no longer be valid.

What happens if I lose the certificate of authenticity for my jewellery?

Returning the certificate is mandatory for all returns, exchanges, and buybacks. If the certificate is lost, there will be a deduction from the final value to cover re-certification costs.

Are there any charges for returning or exchanging a product?

If you are shipping your product back to us for a return, exchange, or buyback, we charge a nominal fee of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Ensure that the product is in its original condition with all accompanying documents, including the certificate and invoice.

Can I upgrade my jewellery to a higher value item?

Yes, you can upgrade your jewellery to a higher value piece under our Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade policy. You’ll receive credit for the current value of the metal and diamonds, minus making charges and taxes, and can use this towards the new item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team, refunds are typically processed within two weeks. The refund will be made via online bank transfer.

What if my jewellery is damaged or missing stones?

If your jewellery is damaged or missing stones, a proportional deduction will be made from the exchange or buyback value. We recommend keeping your jewellery in good condition to avoid such deductions.
